July Construction Trip to South Africa

In the last couple of weeks, Henry was in South Africa with a team from the United States. Together, they made progress on the construction of the Dunamis House & Training Centre in the village of Shigamani.

The group also hosted a night of worship for the youth alongside our friends, Pastors Mondli and Thobani from Durban. Throughout the weekend, the team taught young people about biblical values and life skills, and Pastor Mondli preached during the Sunday church service.

There were also meaningful moments of fellowship with couples, children, and the wider community. Before returning home, the team had the opportunity to make and enjoy pap (a traditional dish made from maize meal), try chicken feet, tour the Giyani market, and relax at a game ranch, where they enjoyed seeing the local wildlife.
