Empower Shigamani Volleyball Tournament

This past Saturday, we hosted a volleyball tournament at Pleasant Valley Mennonite School, Pennsylvania, to raise funds for Project Empower Shigamani.

We are currently working on building a Dunamis House in the village of Shigamani, South Africa. This facility will provide a place to host mission teams and local residents while supporting community development initiatives. The building will also serve as a training center where teaching sessions, events and activities can be held for the region.

With these initiatives comes a need for additional funding, and the vision behind the volleyball tournament was to help cover some of the costs associated with these building projects.

Dunamis Connections would like to thank everyone who helped make the tournament possible. We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered at the food stand, contributed financially, or helped sponsor the tournament.

We would also like to recognize Gideon Stoltzfus and Wade Garmen, who organized and ran the tournament and helped ensure that everything went smoothly throughout the day.
