Ministry Team to Brazil – June 2025 (Bethel Church)
We had the privilege of bringing 54 incredible young people from the youth group of Bethel Church in PA to experience and serve in Rio de Janeiro. This outstanding group poured out love, compassion, and the message of Jesus to those in need.
They journeyed through slums, churches, schools, and local outreach projects—visiting homes, working on construction, sharing the Gospel, and praying for individuals and families. Their presence uplifted the weary and brought strength to many hearts.
Several team members preached in churches, public squares, a soccer field, and even a drug rehabilitation center. The group also rolled up their sleeves to help with construction and cleaning, supporting the local church and homes in a low-income community. Beyond their physical work, they came ready to bless—with donations of essential items for those in need.
This incredible team truly shined as a light in dark places, bringing Jesus to areas often forgotten. Thank you to everyone who made this trip not only possible—but powerful.
To wrap it all up, we treated the team to a couple of well-deserved days at ‘Ilha Grande’, where they enjoyed a boat tour, soaked in the beauty of the beaches, hiked through nature trails, took time to reflect, and even did some shopping. A joyful and refreshing ending to an unforgettable mission!
