Great News from Shigamani — Our New Bakkie is Here!

Our Empower Shigamani Project now owns a delivery truck — locally known as a bakkie — to serve our bakery and supermarket.

With this new vehicle, fresh bread is being delivered to eight villages, reaching families who previously had no regular access to it. The bakery now produces around 900 loaves per day, and with the equipment we already have, it is ready to continue growing and delivering even more!

These businesses are creating lasting impact within the local community, now employing twenty people in a village once considered to have no opportunities. Through continuous training, they are developing new skills, gaining confidence, and building stable futures for their families.
